Email correspondence was fast and the switch in colour was handeled very fast. I received my sweater in 3 days after I placed the order and colour change, Ireland to the USA thats amazing The only thing I can say to improve this transaction would that the item would show on the website as being out of stock before you order it, otherwise it was great.
