I have measured newly acquired sweaters against the same one which had not 'stretched'. It seems that you have cut back on the sizing as it was and the recently acquired garments have a skimpier fitting and use less raw materials.”
Many thanks for your recent review. We really appreciate your business over the years and have noticed you have purchased a selection of garments from different collections. With regards to sizing, we wanted to highlight that the Loungewear Collection has been designed slightly differently than other collections and that "less raw materials" has been an effort to offer lighter garments. However, the size should be generous even if it is a different style.
We have endeavored to make our sizing bigger than it has been before, with our newer collections running slightly bigger and introducing a lot more oversized, relaxed fits - which we see you have purchased. The Bramble from the Aran Classics Collection is the only one of your purchases we would imagine is running small, it is more fitted and in Merino, being a “classic” fit.
We see you bought 2 of several garments and if you are measuring them against each other and they are not the same, we really appreciate you letting us know as the specs of every garment stay the same from the moment the enter production.
We would never skimp on yarn or make anything smaller in a cost saving way as it’s not how we design, and the cost is actually determined by the intricacy of the design.
