“Excellent customer service. I purchased both a rose gold strap and case protector but when they arrived the case protector appeared not to allow the watch to work. I complained - Istrap looked into it - turns out I had bought the wrong size. They let me return it without the packaging and gave me store credits which I used to buy one the correct size which works fine. All done professionally and politely and in a timely manner.”
