They resolved my concern of a frame defect with diligence, research and evidence keeping me upto date the whole time and came to the party to get the bike to me.
The bike importantly is rad and has shown me what a modern XC can do after years of enduro bikes.
So if you buy a Rocky Mountain Element it’s meant to have a dimple below the bottle bosses.
