“So the delivery and sales service are excellent, really. My problem is that the color of the extensions on the computer has nothing to do with the hair I received and as I paid customs duties of 100 EUROS in addition to the invoice for the hair, I'm not happy, and it's a real shame because everything else is impeccable. The quality of the hair is exceptional but I can't put it on because it's different from my color.”
