The product shipped on time and looked exactly like the picture, but…During the first wash a button fell off which secured the elastic band around the ankle. The product is also not fully fleece lined as advertised. The fleece ends around the knees.

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for reaching out to us. Our customer support will be in touch to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. Previously, our fleece-lined pants had the fleece all the way down to the bottom cuff. After receiving feedback that our fleece-lined pants were challenging for kids to put on by themselves (because their feet were getting caught up in the fleece at the bottom), we decided to work on a solution. We have now improved the design to have our thin liner instead near the ankle. The thin liner helps to prevent any fleece from twisting and stretching out at the bottom – and also helps to prevent the fleece from absorbing water quickly – for example, if a child was standing in deep water.
