“Directions are clear and easy to follow, but not all steps are laid out and the directions could include more pictures. The directions should state that the entire steering knuckle may need to be removed in order to press new adapter in. I highly like the design of ball joint on control arm vs factory configuration. Quality of the product is very good with high end parts used and is very noticeable.”
“I was very pleased with my UCA. They function as should and installed easy. What I am not pleased with is the company JBA shipped with. UPS. I received a notification that my package had been delivered (at 8pm well after dark and it was raining this night), but the package was not on either of my porches. I then proceeded to check at the end of my driveway, where I found my package propped up against my mail box right beside the road. Granted it was in a plastic bag it was still partially wet from where the UPS driver sit it in a puddle of water 2’ from the road. That’s a lot of money to be just propped up on the side of a country road.”
