“They look great, are built solid, and were very easy to install. Love the grease zerks for added longevity! Price was also great, would definitely recommend anyone to try these.”
“JBAoffroad is an incredible company! Their customer service was great throughout the whole process. These UCAs were installed on my 1st gen Tundra with bilstein 5100s and made a huge difference in ride quality. The alignment tech was able to get everything back in factory spec.”
“I had replaced all the ball joints, struts/springs and shocks (Dobinsons GS59-222/C59-302 up front) last year. That lifted the Sequoia (2001 with 200k) but it just didn't feel right, especially at highway speeds. I knew I needed more caster and my factory UCA's were in need of replacement. So two weeks ago I installed the JBA UCA's along with new OEM LCA's and mounting hardware and that made all the difference in the world. The added caster dramatically improved the overall handling of the Sequoia. It drives like a new SUV now. The only criticism I have is I wish the JBA UCA's were also offered in different colors like Silver or Gunmetal Gray or Black. The Red just isn't for me, outside of that I think they are a great product.”
“Once I removed the top ball joint and stock control arm, these were so easy to install! And now, if I have to replace the upper ball joint in the future, it will be a 1/2 hour job. For anyone else contemplating this job, it can be done with the steering knuckle in the truck, but you have to pull back the fender liner to get the press tool in a position up inside the fender. You need to do this in order to remove the upper ball joint and press in the new housing ring. Don't forget to remove the snap ring! (Just stating that for a friend). The other thing I wish JBA would've had is an add-on item suggestion on their site to buy the special grease when I added the UCAs to the cart for purchase. The specified grease took a while to locate, and it would have been nice to have it the same day I did the install instead of having to wait a week. But they don't, so order the grease from wherever yo can find it the same day you order the UCAs.”
