“these came highly recommended and seem to function well for my 2.5” lift. initially found them costly but im expecting to never have to replace them so im hoping they end up being a value purchase”
“After installing a rough country 3in lift on my 03 jeep liberty I was not happy with the front ride height and lack of suspension travel, not to mention the extreme angles of the ball joints and cv shafts. After installing the JBA UCAs the little libby became a whole new machine. I strongly recommend this addition to the lift kit. The installation was easy and the customer service has been first rate the whole way through the process.”
“These upper control arms are awesome! I love that allow more control than the standard ones. I do some heavy off-roading in my liberty and I've broken several of the standard ones from name brand to auto store brand. But these have held up incredibly better than all others. The quality is by far best on the market. Don't be fooled by other brands that say they are as good as JBA (wink wink.. rocky road). These will out last the competition.
One thing about installation, the rubber fittings were a bit hard to get into place with the bolt hole, and although it doesn't recommend lubing the fittings, I found it was the most practical way to get them in there. If you can do without the lube, I give you props.
Also just as a side note, I've found that these arms provide more droop than standard. This might be a problem for your cv axels and could cause some tire rubbing. But overall these are awesome!”
