“Was not pleased with the Toyota boots and washers that are used. Would like to have known about the switch PRYOR to my purchase. I feel this was a bait and switch scenario.
Customers should not be held accountable for YOUR commitment to Toyota! FYI I am NOT the only one displeased with this switch as I'm reading constantly on jeep forums and Facebook jeep sites in which I am a member of. All of the complaints are the same, bait and switch! If I knew of this change I would have definitely gone with RRO uca's.”
