“Although the "pandemic" has things screwed up, I appreciate the timely manufacture and shipping times. It's a little early to tell about the performance, but I don't imagine there will be a problem. We are waiting to get an alignment appointment, things are delayed again from the "pandemic." The workmanship and overall quality of the UCA's are top notch! I have NO question of their reliability and performance.”
“Would reccomend to anyone. Fantastic parts, quality build, and straight forward installation.
Only concern was that a one of the four small screw/nuts around the ball joint snapped off when I was checking torque. I emailed for a replacement screw and was told to buy one at a hardware store in the meantime, but still haven't received a replacement. I did get a replacement at Lowes but its noticeably different than the rest.
For 400+ dollar parts and otherwise great customer service, I did not expect to have issues getting replacement screws from the manufacturer. Will update to 5 stars if they arrive.”
“Normally i don't post anything, unless I'm blown away by a product. But for the Off-Road community knowing how difficult choosing from so many UCAs i will say this. All aspects of the JBAs have exceeded expectations.
