“One of my OEM upper ball joints on my FJC had a tear in the boot, so I knew it was on borrowed time. I figured instead of going through the PITA process of pressing out the old ball joint and pressing another in, I'd get all new UCAs which also replace my aging UCA bushings and correct the castor from my lift. They installed easily thanks to the excellent instructions provided. Very thorough. I was able to get about one more degree of caster than factory, around 3 degrees, which makes my steering feel centered and solid. The company is very responsive if you have any questions, something that blew me away. Not many companies do that. Overall, I wish there were more companies like this around that take pride in their products and provide incredible support and instructions for their products. As a bonus, they look badass. TIP: If you are having trouble getting the inner washers to stay on while installing, I found that wedging them in at the same time worked better than one at a time, but that was just my experience.”
“The JBA UCAs install easy and make the FJ ride and handle great by correcting the geometery. If you have the front spacer econo- leveling kit (like me) your rig needs theses UCAs because the upper ball joint is getting badly stressed. Do your research but these are the best bang for the buck and have patented extend range replaceable ball joints which is just icing on the cake. Pic show full lock with 32” tires and just like JBA said no wheel spacer is needed up to 32”. If you’ve any mysterious clunking see the video. Our upper ball joints were totally shot from over extension.”
