“The quality of the UCA, especially the bushing configuration are amazing and exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the welds and the powder coating are top knotch. Love that fact that the USA is designed for easy replacement of the upper ball joints if needed. My favoriate alignment shop had no issues with getting the alignment setting correct. Matched this JBA UCA with the Old Man EMU 2 inch suspension lift. Truck has a stiff ride feel but takes the bounce out of going over rough roads and make them feel very smooth. Did have issue with removal of the right UCA bolt and the wheel well inner panel could not be bent to remove the bolt. Did have to fight to get the bolt out. For easy of reinstalling the bolt we ground a flat on one one side of flang on the bolt to make it easy to reinstall.”
“Good so far after a weeks use noticeable improvement in ride and ride quality looks amazing got my alignment straight only think i dont like is it doesnt come with new bolts so be prepared to do some engineering on your inner fenders for bolt clearance to install other than that they are great and dont cost 1000 like others”
“Really impressed with the overall look, feel, and design of the JBA STD UCA. All welds look very good, the powder coat finish is nice and looks great on my Taco. What I like most is the ability to grease not only the ball joint but also the bushings. First alignment after installing these UCAs and getting larger wheels and tires installed was great, camber and caster were within spec. Time will tell about overall performance, but I don't expect there to be any issues.”
“I have a lifted 2011 Tacoma running 285s on stock TRD Baja style rims. The UCAs are top shelf the grease points are easy to reach witch means maintaining them have been easy. 2 years, lots of flexing on the trails and the piece of mind knowing if I did ever need anything they are very well supported by JBA”
