“I want to start off by saying that the customer service is like no other. Marlin THANK YOU! JBA OffRoad cares about its customers. As far as install, it wasn’t too difficult. Having a little bit of patience when taking out the main bolt and re installing it. I had to open the ABS sensor bracket a bit so that it wasn’t under tension when bolting it back down. Everything went smooth and instruction were clear. LOOKS AWESOME”

“Theres something about supporting a small business nobody talks about. Its the part about knowing where everything comes from, why it comes from there and what needs to change to get the end result the best on the market. JBA has it guys and gals! Talked to the owner for close to an hour about their UCA'S for my 23 tacoma. Not only was he super helpfull on explaining where his bushings came from, or where the steel comes from,or that they even build their own ball joints in house! He also helped me understand that i was likely having to replace the junk ones on the truck 4 wheel parts branded "pro comp" UCA'S) due to the fact my stupid a*s used the the wrong grease as the manufacturer didnt specify when I purchased.
No big box chinese part owner will be on the phone with you for almost an hour diagnosing your current issue, and can tell you where everything they use to make their product comes from. Or how they do it.
So enough of that, how was install, and do i notice any difference as far as drive and handling goes, short answer yes!.
It was quite frankly the best instructions ive ever seen or heard of. Colored very specific and everything you need to know(including the kind of grease to use lol) it made install very easy!
I waited a few months after i installed these UCA'S to do this review to get an honest review/opinion on them.
They were easy to have aligned with JBA'S dummy sheet they sent with the control arms. Once installed I immediately felt the difference between the ones I had vs a good pair. No more vibrations and no more clunking when hitting bumps. The bushings arent rubber in the JBA'S like they were in the pro comps so not only do they feel smoother when driving, I also forsee them lasting much longer. The great thing is. If a ball joint ever goes out. 4 bolts to pull and replace. Doesnt get any easier then that guys! Dont walk, run and support these guys. You will not be disappointed!”
