“Everything from the packaging to the overall experience has been great so far. No matter how good a product is, after-sales support is what really counts. I was exhausted from dealing with Rough Country ball joints so I had to choose between ICON and JBA. I heard JBA has better customer support, so I went with them. I’ll have to see how things hold up over time, but as of now, after the install, I’m very satisfied. ✌️”
