i bought a pair of your clogs, in a size 6 several years ago now, which fitted perfectly.. I ordered a size 6 in the above, as i take a 5 and a half shoe, but my heel just slipped out so i exchanged for a size 5, but although they are a better fit, my heel still rises up as the heel strap is a little loose. My previous clogs, a different model but same principal, hold my heel tightly in place. I am wearing my new ones now but am not as happy with the fit as with my previous purchase. Next time i purchase a pair of crocs i will need to try them on, ie in a shop, Having said all this, your service was excellent and my replacement clogs came quickly. Regards S Miller

I wear Crocs all the time, for work. I am on my feet all day so I need comfortable shoes I can wear without problems. I usually wear Classic Crocs but thought I would try Mercy Work Crocs, with non slip soles. Big mistake. The right hand shoe constantly slopped around all day, because the back strap would not stay up. An added bonus was the lovely farting type noise as I walked in them. The back strap on the right shoe is longer than the one on the left, by about three quarters of a centimetre, hence the slopping about. Should you not have some type of quality control to make sure this does not happen. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone. I just feel that I have wasted good money buying unwearable shoes. I am not at all happy.

Nice that they are closed in, and I like that a lot, also the back is a little higher to. The sole is not as deeply ridged as the originals, and the nodules inside, on the inner sole are not as deep or as many. However none of that is a problem, they are just different. I usually buy the original croc, and have found these seem to be a narrower fit for me, so not quite as comfy as the original style I have as a rule. I'm hoping they will mould more to my foot shape the more I wear them. Other than that I have no complaints about them at all
