“I have reached out ot the customer service 5 times. I ordered the bag 2 weeks ago and the tracking shows that it is still not shipped. I am yet to hear back from you. More than happy to reassess once the item is here but at this moment I am dissapointed with the custimer service and shipment. Please help me and make the first day of my daughters school life a great one. Thx”

“Wunderschöne Schultasche und hochwertige Verarbeitung. Nur leider überhaupt nicht ergonomisch und kein Tragekomfort. Das ist uns zu wenig. Schade.”

“Prachtige boekentas, niet goedkoop maar de kwaliteit en de service is het geld zeker waard. Onze dochter was dolgelukkig met de prachtige boekentas. Er werd veel aandacht besteed aan ergonomie en de binnenkant is heel handig ingedeeld.”
