We think it's terrible that the bag was damaged so quickly. That is absolutely unacceptable!
That's why I have to pass this on to our manufacturer immediately.
Is it possible to take a look at the inside of the book bag, at the washing label? There should be a number at the bottom right of the label (next to "Made in China").
Can you tell us what number is on the label? This way we can check whether it is a structural problem or not.
In the meantime, we would like to replace the bag, can you let us know your delivery address?
