“i've had elk before, given from others. i wanted to try buffalo, it was fine. both are better than beef. when i see the sodium content, i feel i should use moderately. if my budget allowed, i would purchase more. i realize the price is good, considering the process from start to finish. i will have to try other meats as time and budget allows.”
