"What do I think of Your Elk Jerky?"
I think it's LOUSY!!! When the jerky is initially opened one gets a faint order of FISH, faint but unmistaken a very foreign odor of
FISH accompanied by a terrible after taste of the same FISH.
You can be assured that I will not do any re-ordering of your Elk
Jerky! And I am still hesitating in opening up the package of
Buffalo Jerky that I also purchased from Teton Meat Co. at the same time for fear that the same FISH swam in this package of jerky as well!! Are my jerky purchasing days over at the Teton Meat Co.? Plus, I also wonder if the same fish taste has tainted the two (2) Buffalo T-Bone steaks I also purchased?
I sent you an email about my jerky experience a week or so ago
and I have yet to read any reply from you on this subject. So,
does this situation not bother you? It sure does for me at the
expensively high cost of jerky these days.
