“we enjoyed the buffalo and elk jerky. we have to get used to the salt & spices, it is a real treat. (low sodium diets are fun) the buffalo hot dogs were cooked in our crock pot this last time for the 4th and perfection! this is how we will cook them from now on. we are looking forward to thawing out a package of buffalo and elk burger this week.
