“The jerky was way to dry and hard also the Elk Frenched rack was extremely tough I will not be buying any more Elk but the Buffalo I purchased was excellent”
“We have only ever had the buffalo jerky and were curious about the elk. It is a whole new experience where the buffalo is a softer chew the elk is really a mighty chew and you chew. The taste is great and it lasts a while as it is jerky like I thought jerky would be.
Although I prefer the softer buffalo jerky I would get the elk again just as something different.”
