“I grilled my Buffalo New York Steak. To a perfect 127% med raw. Let it set for and set down to enjoy. Unfortunately it was not tender, but little on tuff side. Not what I had expected.”

“I haven’t tried everything yet BUT so far so good. The meat is lean & you can taste the freshness. Glad I took a chance!”
