“What a great treat to have Elk! We cooked the tenderloin on the grill with rosemary, thyme and garlic. It came out fantastic, although next time I will take it off the grill sooner for a more med-rare temp. The costs on this are high, so regularly ordering may be tough... very worth the price for an occasional change of pace from our norm.”
