This is my first time with the ribs. Just fixed them in the oven and added barbecue sauce the last twenty minutes. Easy fix meal and they were very good

These ribs are the perfect way to kick off summer! Ribs are one of our favorite things to cook and eat. These huckleberry buffalo back ribs rank up there as one of our favorites because they were tender, juicy, and fell off the bone.

The ribs turned out great on the grill…just salt and pepper to season and dont cook too long

Smoked them with cherry pellets at 225 for about 6 hours, internal to +/- 200 degrees. Used a savory rub and coated them generously and let them set for a couple hours before throwing them on the pellet smokers. They needed no sauce, fantastic!
