“This was my first purchase of buffalo ribs and it definitely will not be the last. I prepared them on a charcoal grill wrapped with lemon slices, garlic and rosemary leaves. The ribs were perfectly done in a couple of hours and were very tender without being "fatty". I think the buffalo has a richer flavor than beef or pork and look forward to trying some other seasoning schemes with them. If you like ribs, you will love these..”
