“Our freezer is always stocked with the 6 oz. buffalo filet mignons. Trying to decrease our beef intake, we find these steaks absolutely delicious and always tender. We are thankful for the nice staff at Jackson Hole Buffalo, for the quality of their meat, and the manner in which the steaks are quickly/safely shipped to our home.”
