“IMy favoriete steak previosly was a reindeer steak (cooked rare, naturally) that I had in Olso. Norway. The buffalo filets (again, rare) surpassed the reindeer by miles and miles. I can’t wait to try an elk steak from JH to see if they will beat the buffalo. I expect the will.”
