“My wife slow smoked the buffalo meat prime rib roast on our charcoal Weber grill with Applewood chips. She seasoned it with black pepper and garlic. It is amazingly tender and flavorful. I particularly love it with provolone cheese melted in a pretzel roll.”

“We had the Bison prime rib for Thanksgiving in addition to Turkey. The prime rib was gone in 2 minutes and we still have leftover Turkey. All in all, everyone said it was the best cut of meat they ever had....
