When we got home we placed a large order for Buffalo and elk burgers, elk tenderloin, elk bratwurst and ground Elk and Buffalo. “They were/are very tender and tasty I will likely get more. However, when I do I will get them custom cut because if there is one thing about them that could be improved it is thickness. They are just a little to thin. But they are great steaks!
