“I enjoyed the elk steaks I’m not sure if they were ribeyes or not very good I enjoyed the buffalo rob eyes though should have been 11/2 thick !”

“The ribeye was hugh. By far it was the tenderest and tastiest I have ever eaten bar none. I have raved about it to friends and family. Bison meat far surpasses beef cattle. Though price is higher to me personally it is worth the difference.”
