“I have bought 5 lb buffalo meat burger patties twice from JH. They are far juicier and thick than anything I can get at the grocery stores in CA. The ones from Costco are still no comparison. They are plump, thick and juicy and make a great, lean burger on the grill.”

We've had the summer sausage (salami), hamburger, ribeye steaks and jerky..... we eat some sort of Jackson Hole Buffalo meat at least 4 times per week. Shipping cost is expensive but it's got to arrive fresh so I get it. Bratwurst is on the way today. :-)”
