“The bison patties arrived very warm, 73 degrees. HOWEVER a call to the customer service was answered on the first ring by a real person. He checked my order number and then within 2 minutes told me that they had been shipped incorrectly. He said it was their mistake, apologized for it and immediately reshipped the bison burgers. I had them in two days. SO, when things go wrong, they were prepared and responded quickly and professionally. I will deal with them again, not only are there products good, they stand up to their guarntee with professional customer service.”
