“I got my order within 24 hours, and everything was still frozen rock solid. I slow cooked one tenderloin on my Traeger pellet grill and a pan sautéed another one using butter and garlic. Your white sauce was excellent, but I also offered Palisade, CO peach salsa and Calloway Gardens, GA Muscadine Sauce, and both were great with the meat. We also enjoyed leftover elk with grits and eggs for breakfast the next day. Fantastic.”

“It was shipped overnight got it still frozen. Cooked it on the grill medium rare... it was so tender and delicious! I will definitely be ordering more.”
