“The quality of meat was great and is shipped within expected date as promised in great condition. But, $60 a pound is way too much and I wouldn't want to pay that much for meat. No meat is worth $60/pound. I may not order again and at least as often”
“As an enthusiastic wild game and meat lover throughout my life, I have to state that the elk tenderloin was truly unbelievable. A family favorite recipe was used for a special Labor Day meal and the tenderloin was amazing. Possibly, one of the most tender of tenderloins I've ever had. We enjoy dining at 5-Star restaurants and have tried Elk & Buffalo at many locations and honestly, my dish would have commanded a very nice price and rivaled any restaurant's offering. The ELK tenderloin was the primary reason. 5 stars, 5-thumbs up and I highly recommend this to everyone.”
