However, they are very expensive, and as I discovered today the process to modify a subscription is painfully long-winded and nagging as they try and stop the customer cancelling any individual item from the subscription. Very poor.
Sort out the subscription it this would become a four-star product. I can't go any higher unless the price comes down.”

Thanks a lot for your review though I wish you were happier with our and our carrier's prestation. You are right shipping can take a while especially since our parcels to Italy only start tracking from the moment they cross the Italian border. This can take a few days in normal times.
We suffered snow falls as well recently which only made matters worse.
