“I ordered Twennybars for the first time thinking it would be fun to try out a new product without requiring water and a shaker - simply a bar one can eat at anytime. The order took several weeks to arrive which sucks, but it was not Jimmy Joy's fault, it was both of the delivering companies.
I asked for help from the Jimmy Joy customer service and the service was excellent. The customer respondant asked the shipping companies in my regard and answered all the questions I had.
The website however is pretty bad. The front-end is broken on the site using desktop but it is managable; using a phone it barely works.
