The ordering process for USA customers is confusing. There only link to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.eu/usa is from the Shipping Rates page and the Shipping Rates page is only linked from the footer; a place people don't usually look unless they're desperate.
When I first tried to buy Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, I balked at the 30 euro shipping. But I knew I had seen something about a US Warehouse when Twenny launched, so I kept looking. Finally I found the page and put 50 Twenny bars in my cart. Now in the shopping cart, I clicked the tab "Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake" to buy some powder and suddenly there was 30-euro's shipping added on! I didn't realize I was supposed to manually go back to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.eu/usa and scroll past the Twenny Bars.
This could really use an update. Ideally, users would fill their cart and pick a warehouse after their cart is full. Or it would automatically ship from the closest warehouse and warn users if a product is out of stock in their closest warehouse. But that's hard.
As a stop gap, I recommend putting a note "US Customers can order from our _USA Warehouse for cheaper shipping_" on the order section on every product tab. Something like this: http://i.imgur.com/w679eza.png”
“I love Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake shakes and Twennybars, and they've replaced 90% of my meals lately. Having also tried Queal, which is also tasty, I prefer the flavor of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and even the shaker bottle has some subtle but important differences from the Queal shaker that make the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake shaker better for me.
I also appreciate the transparency of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's shipping process and how the website already tells when something will take longer to ship before you order it. Super helpful!
It's just a shame there's no next-day delivery, but that's not such a big deal, as the "2 business days + shipping" is actually quite reliable.

“Overall I'm super happy with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake - the product is great and the company is awesome! I've been using it as a lunch replacement for a couple months (finished ~20 bags so far), and it really helps me maintain a consistent low calorie intake for weight loss while still having energy for my fitness boot camp and weight lifting. I add a scoop of whey to every shake to hit my macros and sometimes instant coffee. Shipping has been reasonably fast, and when I had a small website issue with a purchase customer service was on it.
Cons:
- Tried it for every meal one day, ended up with a headache.
- cheap shaker bottle is starting to show signs of age next to similar one from a nutrition place.
- Twenny bars are a partial meal replacement (400 calories!), not a snack to eat when bored. Great to keep in the backpack, bad at the desk.
- I wore out my food scale from weighing out 173g every day and need a new one.”

Having my meal in the form of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake/Twennybars is not as enjoyable as I would like it to be. I find it a big sacrifice compared to regular food. Several friends seem to like the experience much more than me. I really like the effect it has on my system, and I think the high fiber content is awesome.
Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake:
Taste is meh. Actually I don't think it tastes very well. The added flavours do little to better the experience. To eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, I need to blend it with ice, banana, and a slight touch of balsamic vinegar. After a few minutes in the fridge I think the mixture is quite okay to eat/drink. I don't enjoy the texture very much.
Twennybars:
Smell is horrible. I find it very hard to start eating the bar after opening it. I prefer the texture and overall eating experience over Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, but I couldn't eat more than one in one go even when hungry. I usually drink something light and sour with it to help it go down (homemade elderflower drink works for me).”
“I didn't like it the first time I ate a bar, but after a few hours, I tried it again and I loved it!
I especially love the chocolate bar. I'm not sure if any other flavor can beat chocolate but I suggest honey for a neutral sweet flavor.
I hope the price will go down to match the original Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake shake but I understand the packaging and processing costs to make this product.”
“First, I really love the chocolate Tweenybars, they taste very good and keep me running quite some time. Otherwise I really like the banana Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake which I drink since ten days. The other flavors were not my taste although vanilla was quite authentic. I sporadically eat normal meals for diversity and although I don't know enough to declare Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as healty it makes me feel a lot better than most processed food in the supermarket.”
“The standard Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is great will buy again.
The twennybars not so great, chocolate has no flavour banana is better with flavour but its not great. They are very chewy and I find you need a fair bit of water to help wash them down.
The time it takes to package can be ridiculous for my most recent order which I needed in 10 days it took 6 days to package and send and a week to deliver. They really need a option for express shipping.
Apart from those problems I would definitely recommend Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to anyone that wants quick and healthy meals.”
