“It's nice. The texture is sturdy and I like that you have to chew it a bit. Eating one bar without having anything to drink is quite a challenge thou. It's so thick and dry in a sense.
There were some nice hacks in a starter book. One was to microwave the bar a bit and I did that. I recommend everyone doing it! I then had my warm, a bit mushy bar with some vanilla ice cream and it was a delicious little dessert.
It's worth noting that maltodextrin is the second ingredient in the list. Hopefully when/if Plenny Bar v3.0 arrives the recipe changes so that there would be less of maltodextrin in it.”
