“I'm quite satisfied that they lowered the amount of salt in their bars significantly. There is way too much in their first bar (a person only needs 2 grams of salt a day). The taste is in my opinion also slighty better.
The second to most filled ingriedient is unfortunatelly still 'Maltrodextrin', which technically is not a sugar and can be put on the box as 'carbohydrate' but works in the body as a really fast carbohydrate and is therefore more silimar to sugar then a really slow carbohydrate. I hope they will find a replacement for this in the future because the claim that these bars are indeed completly healthy is in my opinion not yet true and I wouldn't advise anyone to only eat the bars.
Nevertheless, I do like the bars and I use them often when I don't feel like making breakfast or when I'm in a hurry. These bars are still the most healthy I know compared other similar products.”
