“I started to use Plenny Shake as a quick meal while studying and at some point all my shakers were dirty and I was too busy to clean them. I then found the bars and I now use them as a daily breakfast and occasionally in between studying. Even though the bars seem small, they normally saturate me until lunch. Can only recommend it!”
“I like the bars. The texture and bite of the caramel sea salt (this is an inaccurate flavor name, it's tasty, but neither caramel nor sea salt) is kind of addictive. It's great to keep one or two in your bag, just in case.
For me, though, the bars cause uncomfortable bloating and gas, which is keeping me from eating them. This is not the case with the shakes, which I've been drinking about twice a day for about a month.”
“It’s a surprisingly filling bar.
I’ve used them as a quick meal on the go a few times. Or that one time someone on the night shift stole my lunch (I bring meal preps for 3 days at work), but luckily I had a bar in my backpack.
It’s like eating a diamond made of of rye bread. To quote *Professor Farnsworth, - "each pound of it weighs over ten thousand pounds." It’s a good thing. It’s a dense bar, so it will fill you up pretty good.
I do wish it had a more chocolaty taste to it. It’s not a bad tasting bar, just kind of bland. But if that’s the only way to make them, I’ll still keep buying them. The concept works for me.

“It's a crunchy practical alternative to have for lunch. One of these bars has completely replaced my lunch meals when I'm tight on time.
With only one bar for lunch, I can last until dinner without needing to eat anything else.
Great product with good flavor! I'll buy these again once my stock runs low :)”
