“I love that these bars contain 20g of protein. I love how they taste and I didn't really suspect that, because I'm not used to vegan manufactured products. If you're not used to these types of products Vanilla is the flavour to try first. I love the chocolate one as well, but I must say I'm into dark chocolate as well. I can't really say if you wouldn't like this flavour if you don't like dark chocolate. My body quickly adjusted to the drink and these bars. The first two days I was a little bloated, but I did substitute two meals per day. Bummed that chocolate isn't available right now, but I'm surely getting vanilla right now.”
“I have been a user of the plenny shakes, and found them to be delicious, filling and kind to my stomach. Thought I'd replace my lunch with a Penny bar to move further away from animal products and to balance my diet some more.
The consistency is nice, like a heavier crispy rice bar. What I am struggling a bit with is how salty it is. It's the Salted Caramel flavour, I know, but I think I'll struggle to finish each bar. Hoping for more flavours or less salt.”
“I love the texture and taste - not overly sweet like usual. Not dry as 95% of bars out there. If you are aiming just for protein though - maybe not the best choice.”
