“I think that the approach is very good, but this is not for everybody. From the Starter pack I only tried the bar and the liquid prepared meal. Unfortunately both were very heavy on the stomach for me. I assume that this due to the higher fat content that I am used to. After that, I didn't try the shake but rather decided to return it and to try the Active version of the shake, which is in fat and protein content much closer to what I am used to having in the morning and evening. Conclusively, I think that if one would like to switch diet to more plant-based, one should always try.”
“The powder is not my cup of tea. It's taste is too grainy... Will probably never get it again but the bars and the ready drinks are quite tasty... The salty caramel flavor is not great but the chocolate flavor is the real deal”

“the Plenny Bars are the only thing I dont really like, perhaps the Bars have fewer of sugar and you musst chew a lot but it dont taste good.
I really like the Plenny Shake and Drink, they are perfect for me.”
“I'm always just really hungry and unsatisfied after replacing one meal with a shake. The banana flavour basically just tastes like blended oats, with does make me feel full of nutrition but there' no way I can replace meals with this, life isn't worth living with such boring things to eat. The bar and the drink were good though.”
