As a work-from-home'er its easy to walk around and snack all the time since the comfort of your home is right around the corner. But to change the chocolate and crisps for some bites of a bar or a swoop of a drink and suddenly it's not that bad (for your physical health) to be home. Prepare a Plenny shake and take your dinner at the gym and you have it all figured out, nutritional wise. The box is excellent if you wanna enjoy different tastes and „meal-types“. Shaker and scoop looking great and are simple to use - the shirt looks nice, but doesn’t fit that good ;) I would recommend the box!”
“No sé si estoy poniendo las cantidades adecuadas o si es así el producto, pero suele quedarse el polvo sin mezclar del todo y el sabor es molesto. Los últimos sorbos son los peores porque son meros polvos mojados. Es fácil de hacer y rápido. Esto se agradece bastante”
“Siempre pensamos en probar este tipo de batidos sustitutivos y esta ha sida una elección estupenda para hacerlo. Incluye un bebible, una barrita y un saco de solución en polvo. Personalmente nos quedamos con el bebible por su comodidad y con el sobre por su buen sabor al mezclarlo en leche o agua. La barrita, para nuestro gusto era muy dura y contundente, seca y difícil de masticar. En cuanto al sabor el sobre en polvo ha sido mejor de lo esperado, a mí personalmente me gusta desayunar leche de avena, y es precisamente ese sabor el que tiene de base el batido. Al final le notas el regusto al sabor que escojas (vainilla, chocolate, café...). ** Recomendaría encarecidamente a la compañía que desarrollara una fórmula indicada para una dieta Keto (alta en proteína y grasa y baja en carbohidratos) ya que para mí sería ideal y me tendrían comprándolo continuamente ;) **”

what I love most is that the food tastes nice but is not overly sweet or fake. Really recommend for someone always on the go or someone who just needs good nutritional lunches or breakfasts.
