“My order went wrong and the customer support was terrible. If something has gone wrong, even if it's a tiny thing, prepare to have to pay for it yourself. Something in my order went wrong and I had to pay 150% of the items original price for the return ticket to send it back to get a replacement. They apparently care so little, that they're willing to lose a customer paying a lot of money and spreading the word, just for around 10 bucks worth of costs for them. Oh, and all of this is without mentioning how childish and unprofessional the person was helping me. I'll definitely take back all the recommendations I had already done prior to this incident.”
“I messed up and didn't add the free scoop to my first order. But it seems the scoop is Magical because it was still added to the order! However, the scoop arrived broken and I was almost furious.
Until I remembered it is magical, so I still use it, and store the broken handle of the scoop, in case it ever puts itself back together. If it does, then my suspicions are confirmed that it is indeed magical!”
