“A concentrated, pudding made out of this tastes very good. But the drinkable version with the recommended amount of water makes it taste like chocolate water.
Also, why are the active meals the same number of calories as the regular meals (per scoop)? 400 calories is barely a regular meal, so it is definitely not an "active" meal. If I want to get 2000 cal on a hard workout day, I should drink 10 whole scoops of this!”

We appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
“Plenny Shake Active v3.0 gets the job done and is cost-effective.
A word to the wise: it does cause 'atomic farts' (in smell).
Note: I also often get a painful belly or experience physical discomfort like I get when I have diarrhea. I have gotten myself into very uncomfortable situations with how staggeringly repulsive my farts become when I take a Plenny shake, in particular when I've had less solid food and an extra portion of powder to compensate for it.
Conclusion In all, I'm staying with it, though it seems like the Plenny shakes have a bit of a manual to get used to.
The taste is quite poor, however, and the chocolate flavor doesn't cover it up. I use it in combination with other powders to disguise the taste.”
“I really like that the active shake Chocolate doesn't taste too sweet. The texture is smooth and awesome! The perfect healthy pre-mid or post-workout snack!”
