“The shakes are OK at best. I like that they aren't overly sweet. But they aren't creamy in the slightest, so the word "shake" is very misued here. More like a sport drink, but kinda gritty, even after sitting overnight in the fridge. Also they forgot to put any flavor in mine. There's a very subtle hint of vanilla to the vanilla shake. The strawberry one tastes more like strawberry lemonade - but again, the flavor's very much in the background.
Came to try these shakes after Huel screwed up their Black shakes, but now I appear to be a man without a country, as these are, sadly, worse than the new Huel Black IMO.”

“It tastes OK, but it is watery when first mixed, and I prefer the thicker consistency of other brands which I recently abandonded due to lead content. I have tried letting it sit for an hour or two in the fridge, and then it seems to get a bit too thick, resulting in difficulty getting it out of the included shake mixer. Sadly, I cannot continue eating this product due to the inclusion of sucralose, which has been shown to be disruptive to the gut microbiome and alter insulin and glucose levels in NIH sudies. I sure wish it didn't have something that research shows is harmful! Otherwise I might have continued buying it. I appreciated the balance of macro and micro nutrients, at the very least. In the end, you need to ask yourself how comfortable you are with sucralose.”
