“The Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake product is fantastic and I'll be ordering again, but the UK delivery is handled by Hermes, who basically deliver when they want. My last order was placed on the Friday and arrived on the following Friday. Hermes say it was delivered on Thursday, but it looks like the driver just decided to sign the delivery form himself, then turned up on the Friday.
Still, that isn't Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's fault but it is a problem when planning my next month's purchase. Like I say, I'll be ordering again, all the same!”
