“My package was withheld in a UPS warehouse for two weeks before I had to contact Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake regarding my shipment. I requested a refund and was told that they could not find my order number. I waited 48 hours until I filed a claim through my payment method stating my goods were not received; only then did Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake reply and I go my money back.
I have purchased Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake twice and it has been delivered in my California residence in the past. I do not know what happened to either the Food and Drug Administration regulations or Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's packaging that made it unable to be delivered this time.
Regardless, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake has handled this situation very poorly and I do not expect to reorder from them any time soon.”
“This is not my first "the well known American competitor like" product, I've already had a czech option of this and i liked both the taste, texture and the feeling after i had one. This was although twice as expencive as Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake which is why I wanted to try this. I ordered 90 foods which I'm now sad about because Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake isn't as good as I expected. The taste is very boring to me, even though it comes in many kinds - it always feels like some kind of powder with water and thats just all. Surprisingly vanilla tastes the best and mango, which i have too many of, i hate the most. It's kind of sour. Also the powder is always like scratching my neck while swallowing, I can't describe better. It's just not as smooth as I expected.. What I'm dissapointed by the most is that I feel really hungry in 1-2 hours after having Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and I truly miss food, which didnt happen to me with the the well known American competitor before. Also I dont understand why isn't there a scoop in the package since it says you need to put in three and half scoops. Like whaat? What kind of scoops? I have like 4 different scoops at home so I always had to put it on scale..
Still there are some pros. Like free shaker which is cool and easy to maintain, very quick and cheap delivery and nice and funny designs. I now use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake instead of breakfast which is nice actually.”
