“after 4 months on plenny shake sport I have to say it is still very good. I combine it with a lot of fruits and vegetables, some nuts or seeds sometimes, but my main daily nutrients come from Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I do some body weight exercises about 4 times a week. plenny shake sport has a lot of proteins, but I didn't notice any problem during increased calorie intake and eating above 200g of protein per day. I'm 190/100 now. I have a little bit reduced sense of taste so having choice only from banana flavor is not problem for me, but it would be nice to finally have some more choices.”
